Tyler Dixon
CTO
President and Chief Executive Officer, DXN Security
Tyler brings more than twenty five years of experience across the service and fire industries. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, graduating cum laude, from the Arizona State University Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, as well as an Executive Graduate Certificate from the University of Arizona. Tyler has held National Registry certification as an Emergency Medical Technician and Firefighter I and II certifications. His professional credentials include certifications in ICS Basic Incident Command, FEMA National Incident Management Systems, Fireground Tactics and Procedures, Street Smart Defensive Tactics for Fire and EMS, Defensive Tactics Instructor Certification, and Live Fire Training with the City of Phoenix Fire Department.
Jenni Dixon

Vice President and Lead Medical Instructor, DXN Security
Jenni is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with more than fifteen years of experience in health care. She began her medical career as a Registered Nurse in 2008. After more than a decade of clinical practice, Jenni returned to graduate school and earned a Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. She joined Security Assessment Group in 2022 as Lead Medical Instructor. Jenni brings a strong passion for education and applies her medical expertise to help communities and schools improve preparedness for emergency situations. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of safety and the value of peace of mind when entrusting children to the school environment.
Randy Klenoski

Lead Instructor and Retired Law Enforcement Professional
Randy brings more than twenty years of law enforcement experience to the organization. He began his career with the New York Police Department in 1995, where he served on an elite rapid mobilization crowd control task force. He later worked with the Santa Clara Police Department as a Hostage Negotiator and Field Training Officer. Randy also served with the McKinney Police Department in Texas as a Dispatcher and Public Service Officer. In 2016, he joined the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a Crime Prevention Specialist, where he earned his crime prevention designation and developed a Sexual Assault Prevention Course for the resort industry. In addition, Randy is a certified First Aid and CPR instructor.

He plays a key role in supporting the deployment and promotion of innovative security solutions by bridging communication between clients, technical teams, and leadership. Thomas brings a practical, detail oriented approach to each project, ensuring that client needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed throughout the engagement process. His ability to align technical capabilities with real world requirements contributes to consistent project execution, service quality, and long term client satisfaction.
